FOR NON-PROFITS
Help the people you serve connect through paid, real-world experiences.
Paid experience that fits around work and family.
Many students/grads can't take a full-time or unpaid internship. They may be working, caring for family, or unable to relocate. Micro-Internships are paid, usually remote, and posted year-round, so participants can build experience on their own schedule. Most projects are open to applicants from any school or major.
Participants finish with work they can show a future employer and experience they can highlight in an interview.
Give your employer partners a way to see talent before they hire.
Your corporate sponsors, member organizations and employer partners may not have an open role right now, or the budget for a traditional internship. Through Parker Dewey, they can post a paid project, review applications, and select students to complete meaningful work. They get projects done, evaluate potential talent first-hand and pay no fees if they later hire a Micro-Intern.
This gives your employers a low-commitment way to build their talent pipeline while creating valuable professional opportunities for students.
Works alongside the programs you already run.
Whether you support college students and recent graduates or employers seeking early-career talent, Parker Dewey complements your existing programs. We provide the platform, expertise, and administrative support, including contracts, tax forms and student payments. You actively promote Parker Dewey to the people and organizations you serve.
