The key points are:

• You must be 18+ years of age.
• As a Micro-Intern, you are classified as a contractor of Parker Dewey, NOT an employee, contractor, or intern of the client company.
• You cannot disclose anything confidential about the project, including the name of the client company, unless you are given permission. If you have questions about how to share your experience on your resume, LinkedIn profile, or elsewhere we have provided guidance here or contact us.
• The client owns all rights to the work you create.
• Upon completion, you will be paid directly by Parker Dewey at the end of month. You can learn more about the process, including information about taxes, here.
• Parker Dewey maintains the right to deactivate your account at our discretion, including for the inappropriate usage of AI tools or other violations of our Micro-Intern Performance Expectations and Policies.
