- Projects Featured for Your School: List of all open projects under the “Featured Projects” section for students.
- This includes projects that are open to your school based on an affiliation. For example, adding the “Kansas Micro-Internship Program” affiliation will automatically open the project to all public colleges/universities in Kansas.
- This also includes projects that may be open to multiple students. If the “Number Hired” column is 1 or more, then the project is still open because the company is looking to work with multiple students on that project.
- Featured Projects are not open to all students across the Parker Dewey platform, so students are encouraged to apply to all Featured Projects that interest them in order to have a less competitive pool of applicants.
- Projects Posted Where Your School is Specifically Listed: List of all projects where the organization specifically mentioned that they wanted the project to be visible to students at your school. These Micro-Internships are all listed under the “Featured Projects” section for students when they first log into Parker Dewey. This includes projects that are currently open, in-progress (i.e. at least one student has been selected) or completed projects.

Paying Parker Dewey+ subscribers are encouraged to select one of your students to serve as a Student Ambassador to complete a Micro-Internship promoting Parker Dewey at your school. To get started:
- Click on this link to view the benefits of hiring a student ambassador for your school and for the Micro-Intern.
- If you don't already have one, you'll need to create a Parker Dewey employer account at this link.
- NOTE: An email address with access to your Parker Dewey+ dashboard cannot also be used to set up an employer account - it will need to be established with a different email address by you or a colleague. If not already used for a Parker Dewey+ account, we recommend that the email address you use for the employer account belongs to the person on your team who will be supervising the Student Ambassador Micro-Intern.
- Once you are logged in as an employer, select the 'Post This Micro-Internship' button.
- Most of the information about the Student Ambassador Micro-Internship will pre-populate from the program template. Please do NOT change the project title, but make sure to update/fill in:

- Location
- School or Affiliation: If you are using program funds to cover the cost of your Micro-Internship, make sure you add the name of your program in the 'Affiliations' section. If you are a PD+ subscriber, but not a Program-level partner, simply add your institution in the 'Schools' section to make sure this Micro-Internship is only be visible to students at your school.
- When the project is posted, you will be able to see it within Parker Dewey+ in the Projects Featured for Your School report. The Project URL is a link that you can share with interested students that will directly lead them to the project when they are logged into Parker Dewey.
