Most people need to hear about a new concept at least 5-7 times before taking action. Introducing the Parker Dewey team to your employers allows us to help you build the necessary familiarity.

Which Employers to Refer

If one or more of the following is true for an employer you work with, introduce the employer to the Parker Dewey team.

  1. They hire, or want to hire, early-career talent. Interns, co-ops, or entry level full time roles are part of their plans. Even a company bringing on a few students part-time is a fit.
  2. They have hiring needs in the next 12 months. Open roles, anticipated growth, or a stated need to build a pipeline all count. They don't have to be hiring today.
  3. They have expressed interest in or have already developed a relationship with your institution. If the employer has invited your team for an employer visit, attended a career fair, tabled on campus, or asked you about how they can better recruit your talent, these are all strong indicators that Parker Dewey would be helpful.
