Overview of Partnership Options

Parker Dewey has partnered with hundreds of US-based colleges and universities, nonprofit organizations, workforce organizations and other postsecondary education providers.  As part of our partnership, Parker Dewey provides the platform and administrative support, and the partner school or organization promotes Parker Dewey opportunities to its employers and students.

Parker Dewey offers three types of Partnerships for interested postsecondary education institutions and nonprofit organizations:

• Basic Partnership
• Parker Dewey+ Partnership
• Program Partnership

Basic Partnership

A basic partnership is at no-cost to the school or organization and can be established at any time.  With this level of partnership, the partner school or organization is provided:

• Co-branded student and employer websites to promote Parker Dewey
• Access to a library of customizable marketing materials available on-demand
• Student and employer engagement data (annually)
• Employer and student feedback on their experience working on Parker Dewey opportunities (annually)

This data is available upon request after the partner successfully completes a series of tasks to promote Parker Dewey to its students and employers.  These tasks are outlined in the Partner Checklist.

Parker Dewey+ Partnership

Parker Dewey+ provides your team with on-demand access to your students' and employers' engagement with Parker Dewey.  This includes:

• Sign up and login metrics
• Proxy access to view student accounts including profiles and application responses
• Employer feedback on students' performance
• Student feedback about the value of their experience
• 1 Student Ambassador Micro-Internship

This data is available on-demand in downloadable reports.  With one Parker Dewey+ subscription, you can have an unlimited number of users within your department.

Program Partnership

Parker Dewey Micro-Internship Programs offer an opportunity for partners to provide Micro-Internships exclusively to their students so they can complete projects on behalf of employers of their choice.  This customizable program allows schools and organizations to stretch an experiential learning budget to support a maximum number of students while also aligning to various institutional goals.

Micro-Internship programs can be established with a budget as small as a few thousand dollars, and Parker Dewey has administered programs exceeding $1 million.  Through a Program Partnership, Parker Dewey provides the following support:

• Consultation on program design
• Toolkit with marketing materials to promote program to students and employers
• Back-end setup on the Parker Dewey platform to ensure exclusive access to projects for target students
• Ongoing support for employers to post opportunities that align to the program and to ensure projects align with program requirements
• Payment to students upon completion of the projects and tax forms as required
• Ongoing data collection to receive feedback from participating students and organizations
• Administrative access for program managers to data about the program's usage

Programs do not require any IT integration and can be launched within a week.
