Go to Sign In to Parker Dewey: https://app.parkerdewey.com/auth/sign-in
Enter your main company/organization email address.
If that email address was previously attached to a Parker Dewey account, enter the same password that you used for that account.
If that email address was not previously attached to a Parker Dewey account, click on Reset It to set a password.
Click Sign In.
NOTE: Your Parker Dewey+ account will replace any pre-existing Parker Dewey account tied to your company/organization email address. If you would like to change the email address associated with your account, click on Account and update your email to whatever you wish.
There are two main sections of Parker Dewey+: Main Menu and Employer Dashboard.
Dashboard: View Reports Dashboard
Users: See a list of the individuals you have invited to post a project tied to your organization’s account. This is typically a list of your colleagues who want to post Micro-Internships on behalf of your organization.
Applicants: Search by name for applicants to any of the projects posted by your organization. This includes both the students who were selected for a Micro-Internship and any who submitted an application.
Projects: This is a list of the projects that have been posted by you or any of the “Users” tied to your organization’s account. Here, you can edit the posting, view applicants, “Favorite” and/or select a candidate.
Messaging: View all messages between you and a student who has submitted an application to one of your Micro-Internships.
Profile: Update the information about your organization.
This includes your company’s name, logo, description, website, and social media links.
This information is viewable by any student who is viewing a Micro-Internship posted by your organization.
Account: Update information about your Parker Dewey account (e.g. email address or password)
Dashboard: Summary information about you and your colleagues’ engagement with Parker Dewey. This includes:
List of projects and departments who have posted Micro-Internships
Schools where you have seen the most engagement
Budget utilization
Demographics: Snapshot of student engagement with the Micro-Internships posted by your organization. Includes both the total number of students who applied and those who were selected. Demographic categories include:
Graduation Year
Candidate Data: Reports include:
Maps of applicant hometowns and current location for all students who applied to a Micro-Internship posted by your organization
List of all applicants by project
Project Supervisor Feedback
Bar chart summary of quantitative feedback
Downloadable report of all feedback Micro-Interns received by their project supervisor
Impact Report: This includes overall engagement and budget utilization for all projects posted by your organization. Also includes demographic summary comparing applicants and students selected for all projects posted by your organization.
Use the date filters to identify the timeframe of interest to you
To print this report, click on the print button within your web browser
All Students: Filter list of all students who applied to any of your organization’s projects to see a list of engaged who meet whatever criteria you are interested in
This will only include a list of students who have applied to at least one of your organization’s Micro-Internships. This is not a list of all Career Launchers on Parker Dewey.
To download this list of students, follow the steps for “Downloading Reports” below.
To download reports in Parker Dewey+, follow these instructions:
Click on Projects under the Main Menu. Note that this will include all Micro-Internships posted by you and any other user who you invited to Parker Dewey (see list of users under the “Users” tab.
The Projects menu has several options:
Create New Project: Post a new custom Micro-Internship. You can be the supervisor for this project or you can assign it to another user.
Project Templates: View a list of sample Micro-Internships. Click on one of these projects will allow that project and a basic description to pre-populate. You can easily customize the project before posting it.
Draft: These are Micro-Internships that are not currently posted or visible to any student on Parker Dewey.
To edit a project, click on the project, and select Actions > Edit Project.
To post a project, click on the project and select Actions > Post Now.
To assign the project to another user, click on the project and select Actions > Assign Project.
Posted: These are projects that are active and may be visible to students on Parker Dewey.
If the project says “Awaiting Approval,” then it is under review by the Parker Dewey team. Parker Dewey typically completes its review within one business day.
If you click on the project and it says “Applications are paused,” then the project is currently not visible to students. To reopen the project to receive additional applications, click on the Actions > Reopen New Applications.
To edit a project, click on the project, and select Actions > Edit Project.
To assign the project to another user, click on the project and select Actions > Assign Project.
In Progress: These are projects where at least one student has been selected but the project has not been marked as completed.
To view the students who have applied to the project, click on the project and select Browse Applicants.
If you no longer wish to select additional students, click on the project and then select Actions > Complete Project.
Awaiting Feedback: These are projects where at least one student has completed the project but has not received feedback for their work.
To view the list of students who have completed the project, click on the project and select Browse Selected Applicants. Click on the black “Leave Feedback for…” button to complete the feedback form for this student.
To reopen the project to additional applicants, click on the project and then select Actions > Reopen Project. Be sure to update the project start/due dates and any other key details.
View Inactive Projects: This includes all projects that have been completed or canceled. Click on View to see any project description, student(s) hired and other key details.

What browser should I use when accessing Parker Dewey+?
Parker Dewey+ is designed to work in as many browsers as possible, and it is always recommended that you use the most up-to-date browser that you can.
The functionality for viewing reports and data on Parker Dewey+ was built using a tool called Metabase which supports these browsers. If you are having trouble with Parker Dewey+, you can submit a support ticket and our team will address your concern as soon as possible.
How often does Parker Dewey+ data get updated?
Data within Parker Dewey+ is updated real-time. Parker Dewey+ may refresh automatically after a few minutes of non-use.
