It is the responsibility of you, the contractor, to ensure your compliance with project requirements and USCIS regulations. Projects completed through Parker Dewey are only available to U.S. citizens or international students with approved Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT) or other work authorization.
F-1/J1 international students should contact support@parkerdewey.com to confirm eligibility before applying to projects.
Applicants can apply without DACA or TPS but as an independent contractor you will require a work authorization or valid (not expired) ITIN to be paid.
